CAC Bank Launches Training Camp for Bank's Employees

 Today, Saturday, the Human Resources and Performance Development Department of the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank) inaugurated the expanded training workshop (training camp) for 75 male and female employees from the bank's branches in Aden and Lahj.
 The training camp, which was sponsored by the Acting Chairman and CEO of the Bank, Mr. "Hashid Al-Hamdani", includes 75 male and female employees in three training courses, each session includes 25 trainees, and it will last for four  days, with four training hours per day, through which the trainees will receive lectures and lessons that cultivates their talents and develops their skills to develop their future performance.
 Each of the courses included a different activity title, as the first course included the title of banking ethics, while the second course was held under the title of human relations in the work environment, while the third course covered the basics of analyzing financial statements.
 The Director of Human Resources and Performance Development at the bank, Mr. "Mansar Jameel", stated that this camp comes within the framework of the interest of the bank's leadership, represented by Acting Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hashed Al-Hamdani, in the bank's staff by training and qualifying them to ensure a specialized staff capable of keeping pace with the digital developments of the banking systems and renewable artificial intelligence.
 Pointing out that this camp is part of a series of upcoming courses that will include all employees in all bank branches in the liberated governorates.
