In another context, the Presidium discussed the report submitted by the Decision-Making Support Center on the situation and developments in the southern arena, the most important of which are the repeated attacks by the Houthi militia on the sites of the southern security forces and civilian, with various types of weapons, which caused the death of many women and children, surprised that the UN envoy ignored all the killings of innocent people who are safe in their homes by this terrorist militia.
The Presidium called on the UN envoy, Mr. Hans Grundberg, to present credibly in his briefings to the UN Security Council those crimes and to demand effective measures be taken towards them instead of rewarding the militia by pressuring the other party to make new concessions in its favour.
At the end of its meeting, the Presidium touched on a number of other issues related to the work of the Council and its bodies, and took the necessary measures in this regard.
