The First Forum for Human Resources and Training, held in the capital city of Aden, honored CAC Bank, represented by the Arab Academy for Administrative and Banking Sciences, as one of the main sponsors of the forum, which was held under the theme "Human Capital: New Horizons in Innovation and Competitiveness." The forum took place from the 11th to the 12th of May.



The honorary shield was received by the head Advisor, Mr. Abdullah Al-Zarafi, on behalf of the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director Mr. Hashed Al-Hamdani.



The second day of the forum witnessed a seminar entitled "The Reality of Human Resources, Difficulties, Challenges, and Solutions," as well as a presentation on "Training and Development Management according to Job Competencies" delivered by Dr. Sawsan Al-Shalakh.



At the end of the forum, the main sponsors, including CAC Bank, the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank, were honored, certificates were then distributed to the participants of the forum.



During his participation in the forum, Mr. Abdullah Al-Zarafi, the head's Advisor, stated, "CAC Bank attaches great importance to continuous training for banking personnel to develop their skills. This is achieved by providing them with a range of general and specialized training programs and involving them in various courses, workshops, and forums, with the aim of achieving the desired banking leadership in light of market conditions and mechanisms, and keeping pace with the successive developments and changes in the banking sector."



Mr. Aref Hanash, the Marketing Manager, also expressed the importance of the forum, saying, "The employee is the cornerstone and the active element that determines the success or failure of any institution or establishment. Hence, the importance of training and developing employees' skills becomes evident. This is constantly pursued by CAC Bank, as it contributes significantly to achieving success, continuity, and improvement of services, attracting more customers, and enhancing profitability and competitiveness."
