First Forum for Human Resources and Training Lunches with CAC Bank Participation

The first forum for Human Resources and Training in the capital city of Aden commenced today, Sunday, under the slogan "Human Capital: New Horizons in Innovation and Competitiveness." The forum is being held with the participation of CAC Bank, the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank, and it will continue from the 11th to the 12th of May.



On the first day of the forum, three workshops were presented:


- The first workshop focused on the role required to achieve digital transformation in the work environment, presented by Dr. Tareq Hassan.


- The second workshop addressed methods and tools to stimulate creativity and innovation in the workplace, presented by Dr. Libya Bahwerth.


- The third workshop discussed effective strategies to stimulate performance and achieve organizational goals, presented by Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi.



At the request of the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of CAC Bank, Mr. Hashed Al-Humaidani, Mr. Shakib Aliwah, Deputy CEO of Support Operations, attended the first day of the forum. During his attendance, Mr. Aliwah praised the role of the Arab Academy for organizing this forum, stating, "We thank the Arab Academy of Management Sciences and Banking for organizing the first forum for Human Resources and Training under the slogan 'Human Capital: New Horizons in Innovation and Competitiveness.' We, at CAC Bank, are delighted to be one of the main sponsors of this forum, as we attach great importance to the development of employees' capabilities within the bank. This is aimed at developing a professional banking staff by providing continuous support from the bank's leadership to qualify employees in various banking fields and activities."



He added, "This forum is an important event as it brings together a select group of experts and specialists in the field of human resources and training from various government, private, and academic sectors. Its purpose is to exchange experiences and opinions on the best global practices in this field and seek innovative solutions to the challenges facing organizations in the development and enhancement of their employees' capacities."
