The Hadrami Haba Leadership and the Committee for the Implementation of the Outputs of Hadhramaut General Meeting "Haro" headed by Sheikh Hassan Al-Jabri followed the decision issued by the Presidential Leadership Council to dismiss Abu Auja and to inaugurate the Hadrami cadre, Colonel / Amer bin Hattian, Staff War of the First Military District .
The leadership of the Hadrami Heba and the Committee for the Implementation of the Outputs of Hadhramaut General Meeting "Haro" personally congratulate the Hadrami Commander Amer bin Hatyan for his inauguration in the position of Staff War of the First Military District, while we affirm that this decision does not meet the aspirations of the people of Hadhramout to remove the forces of the First Military District occupying the valley and the desert and empowering the Hadramis to manage their own security and military affairs.
And we stress that the problem of the people of Hadhramout is not with the leaders of the First Military District only, but also with the entire forces of the First Military District from the people of the northern governorates, who have worked for 29 years to shed the blood of the people of Hadhramout, occupy their land and plunder their wealth and capabilities, and are still committing crimes against the people of Hadhramout until today.  And it continues its conspiracy against them through its alliance with the terrorist organizations, sheltering them and causing an unprecedented security collapse that affected all the people of the valley and desert of Hadhramout .
We affirm that the people of Hadhramout are the most deserving to work on securing their land instead of these forces that came through the invasion, and that the majority of their members belong to the northern governorates, and that have proven their failure in securing the valley and the desert and have proven their complicity with Al Qaeda and the Houthi terrorist militias .
And we affirm that we will not give up on the demands of the people of Hadhramout, which are immersed with the pure blood of the martyrs, in expelling the forces of the First Military District, and we will continue our work with all the benevolent national forces and the honorable sons of Hadhramout and the south to expel these forces from our land and achieve security and stability in all its parts.
