President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to President Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, on the occasion of his re-election for a third term as Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party to chair the Central Committee.

 In the a cable of congratulations, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his sincere congratulations to President Xi Jinping on this occasion, wishing the friendly People's Republic of China continued progress and prosperity under his wise leadership.

 President Al-Zubaidi also expressed his aspiration that the historical relations that unite the two countries will witness further progress and growth, which will contribute to enabling the people of the south to achieve their legitimate aspirations and goals.
