Concluding Preparing the Operational Plan Program for Administrative Leaders at CAC Bank

The operational plan preparation program for administrative leaders at "CAC Bank" concluded today, Tuesday. The program was implemented by the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial, and Banking Sciences in Aden, in collaboration with Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi, a professor of business administration and an expert in institutional and strategic development. The program took place from April 27th to April 30th of the current year, 2024.



The course targeted 35 bank leaders, including department managers and branch managers, and lasted for 20 training hours, in addition to 20 hours of plan discussion sessions organized according to departments and branches.



Mr. Shakib Aliwa, the Deputy Executive Vice Head of Support Operations at "CAC Bank," highlighted the importance of this course, emphasizing three key points. First, he emphasized the bank's leadership, represented by the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, Mr. Hashed Al-Hamdani, in nurturing the talents of the staff and conducting impactful and effective practical courses that encompass staff members at various levels.



He also stressed the importance of the course in preparing and updating the strategic plan. He stated that the bank is taking significant steps in strategic planning, as it holds great importance in transforming the bank qualitatively and positioning it as a leading competitor in the banking sector.



Furthermore, he emphasized the course's significance in its reflection on a broad segment of the staff, particularly branch managers and department heads who serve as the main link between senior and lower-level staff within the bank. He commended the tremendous efforts made by the Strategic Planning and Human Resources departments at the bank, as well as the Arab Academy for Banking Sciences, in implementing and succeeding in this course. He also highlighted the strong and enduring relationship between the bank and the academy, expressing his wishes for success to all participants in their duties.



In addition, Mr. Mansur Jameel, the Director of Human Resources Management at the bank, affirmed that this course targeted bank leaders, including branch managers, department managers, and section heads. He mentioned that it is part of several courses organized by the bank to qualify its employees and provide them with diverse and innovative information, skills, and methods for executing tasks and delivering services. Currently, the bank places great emphasis on training under the generous patronage of Mr. Hashed Al-Hamdani, the bank's CEO. He also mentioned that the training plan for the first half of 2024 includes the organization of 22 diverse training courses targeting all sectors within the bank.



At the end of the training program, the Arab Academy for Banking Sciences distributed certificates of appreciation to the participants after their engagement and evaluation during four consecutive training days.
