Strategic Planning Course for CAC Bank in Aden

The Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank, CAC Bank, concluded this morning the training course on strategic planning for 30 participants from senior directors, managers and supervisors of departments concerned with preparing strategic plans in the general administration of the bank in Aden and its branches in the liberated governorates.


The course lasted for three consecutive days, during which the participants acquired the necessary skills, exchanged experiences and skills, and the discussions were enriched with important, modern and qualitative information about creating, managing and implementing strategies and action plans.


In a statement by CAC Bank’s Executive Vice Chairman for the Support Operations Sector, Mr. Shakib Aliwa, he stated that the bank’s senior management, led by Mr. Hashid Al-Hamdani, pays great attention to the field of training and qualifying employees in all different banking fields because of its positive impact on motivating employees and improving work quality and creating a spirit of harmony between departments and employees to ensure the achievement of the goals set by the bank’s senior management.


Pointing out that this course is considered one of the most important training courses in the field of strategic planning using the balanced scorecard, so that department managers and branch managers gain extensive knowledge in preparing the strategic plan by involving employees and thus creating enthusiasm in implementing the annual operational plans and monthly programs to ensure the achievement of the general strategic plan.
