President Commander Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, received in his office today, Wednesday, His Excellency Mohammed Hamad Al Zaabi, Ambassador of the sisterly United Arab Emirates to our country.

During the meeting, the established fraternal relations between the two countries were reviewed, and ways to enhance coordination and cooperation between the two brotherly countries in various fields.

During the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi appreciated the sincere fraternal positions of the UAE alongside our country and its support for our people in various circumstances, expressing his appreciation for the unlimited fraternal support that the UAE provides to our people in the humanitarian and development fields, most notably the package of development projects presented by the UAE government in the fields of security, energy, water and sanitation, education, and health.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the President received from Ambassador Al Zaabi a souvenir statue of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of State and Governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, the Head of Joint Operations, Major General Saleh Ali Hassan, and the Director of Aden Security, Major General Mutahar Ali Naji.
