The representative of the General Department of Foreign Affairs of the Southern Transitional Council in federal Germany, Dr. Amin Al-Ghazali, met, on Thursday, in the European Parliament building in the Belgian capital, Brussels, with two members of the European Parliament, Mr. Mick Wallace, an expert on terrorism and the humanitarian file, Ms. Claire Daly, and a number of specialists in the file of terrorism in the Middle East.
Al-Ghazali exchanged views with Wallace and Daly on a number of issues and files of common concern, especially political, humanitarian and combating terrorism, developments in the comprehensive political process, the future of peace in Yemen, the efforts of the southern armed forces in combating terrorism and the results of the East and South Arrows operations.
Dr. Al-Ghazali briefed the two members of the European Parliament on the need to develop solutions to reduce the exacerbation of the humanitarian and living conditions as a result of the war, as well as the terrorist Houthi militia's escalation of its attacks on the country's economic and vital installations, and its threat to international navigation.
