Minister Al-Zaouri meets with the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Conference of Southern Journalists and Media Professionals

Today, Sunday (January 8, 2023), Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Zaouri, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, met in his office with Dr. Abdullah Al-Haw, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Conference of Southern Journalists and Media Professionals.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Haw showed the Minister Al-Zaouri the final preparations for holding the first conference on the seventeenth of January in the capital, Aden.
The Minister of Social Affairs and Labor listened to Dr. Abdullah Al-Haw about the efforts exerted to form a syndicate framework that adopts the promotion of freedom of opinion and expression, defends the rights of journalists and media professionals, and strives to improve their conditions.
He also reviewed the draft documents prepared for the conference, including the internal regulations, the press and media honor pact, and the analytical vision of the media march.
The meeting dealt with the educational role played by journalists and the media to serve the goals of development and upgrading society.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Aidaroos Bahashwan, Deputy Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Conference, and Mr. Nasr Baghraib, member of the Preparatory Committee for the Conference.
