On Wednesday, the General Secretariat of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting in the capital, Aden, chaired by Professor Fadl Mohammad al-Jaadi, member of the STC's Presidium, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat.

The meeting discussed the report submitted by the organizational department, on the performance evaluation of the departments of the Secretariat and the local bodies of the council in the southern governorates during the third quarter of the year 2022, which contained the activities and initiatives implemented, and the difficulties and challenges that faced its work during the report period.

The meeting reviewed the report of the political scene submitted by the political department, which contained the most prominent political files on the southern scene, in addition to the report of the Women and Children's Department during the third quarter of this year.

The meeting stood before the most prominent security, economic and service developments on the southern scene in the capital, Aden and the southern governorates, where a number of proposals and recommendations were presented to address the issues that the meeting has discussed .

In its meeting, the General Secretariat reviewed the weekly performance report of the General Secretariat's departments, in addition to the minutes of its previous meeting and approved it.
