The Southern National Dialogue Team meets social figures and representatives of political components in Socotra

Today, Wednesday, October 26, the Southern National Dialogue team at home, met social figures and representatives of political components in the Socotra Archipelago, within the framework of the team's program of meetings with various southern groups and components.
In his speech during the meeting, Dr. Abd al-Salam Qassem, deputy head of the Southern National Dialogue Team, stressed that the leadership of the Transitional Council pays great attention to Socotra Governorate, by following up on all the team’s movements and being informed of the results of the meetings, and the decisions that are taken.
Qassem explained that the general objective of these meetings is to mobilize all energies and capabilities in the south, and that for one goal and vision to unite the ranks and transform the southern national dialogue as a general national culture and end the conflicts and divisions that have gone through and swept the south during the past years, pointing out that the team will work to raise the status of the southern issue in the regional and international communities.
The dialogue team praised the importance of national partnership and the search for solutions to all problems in the Socotra archipelago, due to the different political situation, which is currently considered the best situation compared to the rest of the governorates.
