Today, Wednesday, October 26, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting at the headquarters of the Secretariat in the capital, Aden, headed by Professor Fadl Al-Jaadi, member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council.

The meeting discussed a number of political, economic, security and service developments in the south, in addition to the most prominent issues related to organizational and administrative work in the departments of the General Secretariat and the executive bodies of the Southern Transitional Council in the governorates.

The meeting reviewed the report on the performance of the political department work for the third quarter of the year 2022, and its activities and organizational procedures for the department, as well as the most important achievements during the period mentioned in the report.

The meeting also reviewed the most prominent developments on the southern arena and the most important events related to the people of the south and their interests, as well as issues related to southerners, as a number of proposals were presented in the meeting related to what the south is going through and in the interest of its people.

The meeting discussed the weekly activity report of the departments of the General Secretariat during the past week, which included the most prominent movements and achievements of the departments, stressing the importance of doubling efforts by working to enhance the level of administrative and organizational performance to achieve the goals of the work plan of the General Secretariat for the year 2022. It also reviewed and approved the minutes of its previous meeting. .
