Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council and head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, praised the important role played by the Ministry of Human Rights in strengthening areas of cooperation with international organizations and civil society institutions working in the field of human rights.

During the meeting, today, Monday, October 17, in his office in the capital, Aden, with the ministry's coordinator in Lahj governorate, Hayat Al-Rhaibi, and the ministry's coordinator in Abyan governorate, Lisa Abdel Rahim, Dr. Al-Khubaji pointed out the importance of monitoring the human rights situation in our country constantly, and in this way we contribute to the cohesion and stability of society.

Al-Khubaji stressed that the Southern Transitional Council continues to support all activities and measures that would contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights.

For their part, the coordinators of the Ministry of Human Rights in the governorates of Abyan and Lahj expressed their happiness at the meeting, stressing the ministry's readiness to support activities and programs that contribute to the advancement of human rights in the country
