The Department of Studies and Research in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council organized, on Sunday, July 3, in the capital, Aden, the fourth analytical forum on “Southern Entitlement in light of recent developments - a reading in the Riyadh consultations” under the auspices of President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Transitional Council, Vice President of the Council  The presidential leadership, with the participation of a group of experts, specialists and politicians from legal personalities and bodies of the Southern Transitional Council.
 Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, delivered a speech at the opening of the forum in which he conveyed to the attendees the greetings of President Commander Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice-President of the Presidential Leadership Council, expressing his happiness to see a group of specialists and politicians in this important forum to discuss consultations  Riyadh and its southern entitlement, pointing to the importance of the final statement that the consultations came out with, stressing the need to focus on the positives in what was issued from them, stressing that the Southern Transitional Council is working to benefit from the outcomes of those consultations in everything that is in the interest of the south, its cause and its people through all possible means and frameworks.  He wished the forum success in producing outputs that support the vision of the Southern Merit from the Riyadh consultations.
 Dr. Muhammad Jaafar, Head of the Studies and Research Department, opened the forum by welcoming the attendees, pointing out that the general objective of the fourth analytical forum is to present a vision on the reality of the southern entitlement in the Riyadh consultations and to set a vision for the future of the southern reality, through an analytical reading of a number of themes related to the outputs of the consultations, including the security axis  Military, political, economic, as well as social and media.
 Dr. Muhammad Jaafar stressed that the forum will include readings on the outcomes of the Riyadh consultations through several analyzes that include the concept of transitional social justice in the southern reality, the role of southern media in communicating the media message locally, regionally and internationally, as well as the diplomatic role of foreign relations and the extent of the response of international bodies and organizations to the issue of the people of the south.  In order to come up with a vision supported by treatments and solutions about the reality of the vision of the southern benefit in the Riyadh consultations.
 In the analytical forum, a set of working papers were presented, which were divided into two sessions, the first of which was chaired by Dr. Mahmoud Al-Salmi, head of the Aden Center for Historical Studies and Research, and the session reviewed three papers, the first of which was by Professor Ali Al-Awlaki, head of the Supreme Security Committee, and it was about the security and military axis, and the second was about the axis  The Political Department was presented by Mr. Ahmed Omar Hussein, Deputy Head of the Political Department of the General Secretariat, while the third working paper was for Dr. Muhammad Jaafar, Head of the Studies and Research Department, and dealt with the social axis.
 In the second session of the forum, two papers were presented, the first of which was by the well-known media figure, Mr. Nasser Bahah, on the media axis and presented on his behalf by Maryam Al-Afif, Deputy Head of the Department of Studies and Research. The second session reviewed another paper on the economic axis presented by Dr. Jaafar Moneim, member of the Higher Economic Committee.
 The forum included a number of discussions and interventions related to the papers presented in it, and a set of proposals and perceptions related to what was discussed were developed in order to build on them and what was presented at the forum in preparing outputs issued by the fourth analytical forum.
