 The masses gathered from early morning on Tuesday in public anger in front of the local authority building in the capital, Zanzibar, then roamed the streets of Zanzibar chanting slogans calling for the departure of power and symbols of corruption.

 In the mass demonstration, the women and freedmen of Abyan participated in the following, chanting slogans rejecting humiliation and the policy of starvation and impoverishment.

 At the end of the demonstration, a statement containing the citizens' demands was canceled, which was read in the demonstration in front of the local authority building in Zanzibar.
