Mr. Hassan Munser Ghaithan Al-Kazmi, interim chief executive of Abyan Governorate, met yesterday, Tuesday, with the head of the Free South Arab League Party in the governorate, Mr. Muhammad Abdo Al-Rami.
At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by the Vice Chairman of the executive, Mr. Ali Sheikh Al-Suri, Mr. Ghaithan welcomed the friendly visit of Mr. Al-Rami, which expresses the southern national cohesion and alignment and the unity of purpose within the framework of the project of the federal state of South Arabia.
Praising the role of the Free South Arab League Party in the stages of the southern struggle against the British occupation and the steadfastness of its political leadership and its support within the framework of strengthening the unity of the southern ranks, in order to bring viewpoints closer and come up with a single vision in restoring the southern state.
The transitional chief executive of Abyan stressed the need to strengthen the role of political parties and coordinate with the competent authorities and local authorities in the governorate to work on following up and addressing the issues and concerns of citizens in the social, service and economic aspects.
