President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, stressed the important role of the bodies assisting the Presidium in following up and monitoring the level of implementation of the plans of the Council's bodies, and setting work directives and general strategic plans.

President Al-Zubaidi indicated, during his presidency today, Wednesday, of a meeting of the heads of the auxiliary bodies at the headquarters of the Council in the capital, Aden, that the work of the Transitional Council's Presidium mainly focuses its work today on the work of the auxiliary bodies, with their great tasks and responsibilities, their supervisory role, and their position as a link between the Presidium and central bodies, committees, centers and specialized sectors affiliated to the Council.

Afterwards, the Leader briefed the attendees on a brief explanation of the progress of work in their bodies, what they had accomplished during the last period, their work plans for the last quarter of this year, and the executive mechanisms for the work of each body.

At the end of the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance of a deep understanding of the tasks and specializations of each authority, and the bodies and committees represented in it, and located under its supervision in accordance with the approved regulations in order to avoid any overlaps in the tasks that may occur, and the speedy completion of the organizational structure of each body, and providing it with qualified and specialized academic staff to ensure the implementation of the tasks assigned.
