President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (6) 2023 on appointment of Heads of the Legal and Human Rights Authority and the General Department of Foreign Affairs of Southern Transitional Council

On Monday, May 8, 2023, the President of the Southern Transitional Council issued decree No. (6) of 2023 regarding the appointment of the heads of the Legal and Human Rights Authority and the General Department of Foreign Affairs of the Transitional Council.
Article (1): The two mentioned below shall be appointed to fill the specified tasks alongside each other, and they are:
Mr. Dr. Saad Mohammed Saad Mohammed
Chairman of the Legal and Human Rights Authority
Dr. Saleh Mohsen Al-Hajj
Head of the General Department of Foreign Affairs
Article (2): The internal regulations of the auxiliary bodies determine the tasks and competence of each of them.
Article (3): This decree shall come into effect from the date of its issuance, and any previous decision that contradicts its provisions shall be cancelled. It shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Southern Transitional Council.
