The General Secretariat of the Southern Transitional Council's Presidium held its periodic meeting on Wednesday at its headquarters in the capital Aden, chaired by Mr. Fadl Mohammed Al-Jaadi, Member of the Presidium and Deputy Secretary-General.

The meeting discussed the report of the political scene submitted by the Political Department, which dealt with the most prominent topics and issues on the southern arena during the past two weeks.

During its meeting, the General Secretariat reviewed the performance report of Media Department during the first quarter of this year, and the activities and tasks related to its organizational work during the mentioned period.

During its meeting, the Secretariat stood before a number of issues in the southern governorates, and the meeting presented a number of proposals, solutions and recommendations.

The meeting also reviewed the weekly achivment report of the Secretariat bodies, as well as its previous minutes, and it was approved.
