President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Dupety-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, received this on Sunday, His Excellency Ali Hassan Al-Kayed, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 President Al-Zubaidi welcomed, at the outset of the meeting, His Excellency the Jordanian Ambassador to Riyadh, appreciating the humanitarian role of the leadership of the Kingdom of Jordan and its people towards our country, stressing that Jordan opened its doors to Yemenis fleeing the hell of war, and seeking treatment and continuing their studies.

 The meeting discussed ways and mechanisms for consolidating the historical brotherly relations between our country and the sisterly Kingdom of Jordan, enhancing aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the security and military fields, building the capabilities of government cadres, and qualifying women.  In this regard, the Jordanian ambassador to Riyadh affirmed his country's readiness to provide all means of support to the armed and security forces in our country in the field of training and rehabilitation after the devastation they suffered as a result of the war.

 Ambassador Al-Kayed also renewed his country's government support of efforts to establish peace and end war in our country, which would restore security and stability to the region after years of conflict.
