On Thursday evening, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, held a meeting chaired by members of the Council's Decision-Making Support Center.

 At the outset of the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi welcomed the academic cadres present, praising their efforts within the framework of the Center to present visions and periodic recommendations to the  Council's Presidium regarding developments on the local and international arenas and the mechanism for dealing with them.

 After that, the President briefly reviewed the results of the meetings held by the Council's Presidium during the foreign tour, the efforts being made by regional and international powers to end the war and establish peace, and the options presented within the framework of the comprehensive political process.

He stressed the political entitlements during the next stage, which requires everyone, led by the Decision Making Support Center, to intensify efforts and mobilize energies, in line with the great importance that the center represents as an auxiliary body to the Council's Presidium in decision-making through recommendations, visions and providing scientific and academic studies.

 After that, the President listened to a number of interventions and visions presented by  members of the Center about the work of the Transitional Council during the last period, issues related to the south and the mechanism for dealing with them, in addition to a number of inquiries about  work during the next stage and providing the necessary clarifications in this regard.

 The meeting was attended by Mr. Salem Thabet Al-Awlaki, member of the Southern Transitional Council's Presidium.
