President Commander Aidarous Qassem  Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Dupety Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, congratulated His Excellency Jassim Mohammed Al-Budawi, on his inauguration as Secretary-General of Gulf Cooperation Council for  Arab States.

President Al-Zubaidi wished  His Excellency Jassim Al-Budawi success in promoting integration among the GCC countries and contributing effectively to achieving stability and comprehensive peace in our country in particular and the region in general.
