The General administration of Foreign Affairs of the Southern Transitional Council held its periodic meeting on Monday in the capital Aden, chaired by Deputy chairman of the Administration Anis Al-Sharafi to learn about the developments of political events on the national and international arenas.
During the meeting, Al-Sharafi reviewed via visual contact with representatives of foreign affairs, the political developments and political movement abroad to reach a comprehensive solution to end the war and the intransigence of the Houthi terrorist militia, its repetition of attacks, and its rejection of signed agreements and calls of international legitimacy.
Al-Sharafi stressed the important role of foreign affairs representatives in making public opinion, communicating and coordinating with the decision-making bodies in the mandate countries to support the cause of the south and stand by the struggle of our southern people and the violations they are subjected to in the areas controlled by the Houthi militias and terrorist groups.
During its meeting, foreign affairs listened to briefings of some of its representatives in the mandate countries, in addition to the annual report of the Human Rights department and its activities at the external level in exposing Houthi-Brotherhood violations.
Ahmed Al-Haqil, head of the Human Rights department at the General administration of Foreign Affairs, pointed out that international and human rights organisations are informed of victims of wars and civilian mines, and to document the destruction of citizens' homes by marches and torture of citizens during its occupation of the Districts of Bihan, Aselan and Ain, as well as reports of monitoring violations.
The meeting also focused on evaluating last year performance to come up with responsible action strategies to confront the plots against the cause of the South at the local and external levels.
