President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Dupety Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, on the occasion of  Lunar New Year.

 In his cable of congratulations, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his sincere congratulations to President Xi Jinping, and to the friendly Chinese people on this occasion, wishing the People's Republic of China and its people further progress and advancement under his wise leadership.
