President Commander Aidaroos Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Deputy-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Their Excellencies and Highnesses, Rulers of UAE, on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the establishment of the United Arab Emirates on the second of December, the "Union Day", and the UAE Martyr's Day, November 30.

Peace, mercy and blessings of God

It pleases me on my own behalf, and on behalf of the people of the south inside and outside the country, to address you, with my sincere congratulations and blessings, and through you to the brotherly Emirati people, on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the founding of the United Arab Emirates on the glorious second of December 1971, and the Emirati Martyr’s Day on November 30 .

Gentlemen, Their Highnesses and Excellencies,

While we congratulate you on these two great occasions, we proudly and reverently appreciate the achievements of the UAE at all levels, the prosperity and development achieved by its people, and its role in consolidating the principles and values of tolerance and human brotherhood, which were established by the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

We also do not miss, on this occasion, to renew our gratitude to the UAE government and people, for the heroic and humane stances, alongside our country in light of the exceptional circumstances that it has passed and is still going through, and that is what was embodied in the pure blood of the sons of the UAE Armed Forces that spilled on the soil of our pure south for the sake of The liberation of the land and the expulsion of the brutal invaders, its relief and humanitarian support, and the continuous development in various fields, stressing that that support, and all those sacrifices for the heroes of the Emirates, will remain a medal, honor and pride for the UAE and the Arab and Islamic nations.

Our Sincere wishes to the leadership of the UAE for continued health and happiness, and to its brotherly people for further development, stability and growth, under its wise leadership. May God bless their martyrs and our martyrs with His mercy, and grant them the highest Paradise with the prophets, and the righteous.
