The Southern Armed Forces thwarted a failed attack by the terrorist Houthi militia on the sites Habeel Hanash front Thamran in Al-Musaimir District of Lahj governorate.
The commander of the tenth Saiqa Brigade, Brigadier General Husni Al-Houshabi, said in a statement to the Media Center of the Southern Armed Forces (Dera Al-janoob): “The forces of the tenth Saiqa Brigade thwarted an attack launched by the Houthi militias in the afternoon from the heights of Shaab Mountain Salh Thaba, which is affiliated with Mawiyah District in Taiz, Yemen, on the positions of Habeel Hanash front Thamran in Al-Musaimir District.
Brigadier General Al-Houshabi confirmed that the forces of the tenth Brigade Saiqa thwarted the attack and extinguished their sources of fire and forced those militias to flee and retreat, noting that our forces in the brigade are steadfast and will not allow those militias to continue their attacks on the front.
Brigadier General Al-Houshabi thanked the leadership of the Southern Land Forces represented by Major General Ali Al-Bishi for their continuous support for the efforts made by the Southern Armed Forces in Al-Musaimir Al-Hawasheb District.
