The Southern National Dialogue Team at home held an extensive meeting with representatives of the local authority and social, military and security figures in the districts of the central region of Abyan governorate.

Dr. Saleh Mohsen Al-Hajj, head of the Southern National Dialogue team at home, delivered a speech in which he welcomed the attendees, conveying to them the greetings of President Commander Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council.

Dr. Al-Hajj emphasized the importance of societal contribution and listening to all opinions to achieve the desired success, to create a southern national partnership and a broad southern alignment to face the challenges facing the southern issue, to reach the desired goal for which our people sacrificed with the best of their youth and men to restore the freedom and dignity of the southern man on his pure land.

The meeting was inaugurated by the Director General of Lawdar district, Nasser Awad Musa, with a speech in which he welcomed the members of the dialogue team, praising the great role played by the members of the dialogue team to unite the southern ranks.

The door was opened for opinions by the participants in the meeting, and a number of proposals were presented that serve the Southern National Dialogue.

The meeting was attended by the directors general of the districts of the central region, the commander of the security belt sector in the central region, Wael Al-Jaari, and the heads of the executive bodies of the Transitional Council in the districts of Lawdar, Modeh, Al-Wadaya, Mukayras, and Jishan.
